PNB has established STCs across the country, each equipped with modern infrastructure and set in beautiful, green campuses that provide an excellent learning environment.

The STCs are responsible for delivering all other essential training programs that are not covered by the ALIs. They ensure that all employees, regardless of their roles, receive the necessary training to enhance their skills and knowledge continually.
